    Combat Casualty Visiting Nurse, Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, San Diego Naval BaseMakes hospital and/or home visits to wounded, ill, and injured active duty, retired, and disabled Marines and Sailors to improve their quality of life by checking on the wellness of the service members, connecting them and their families with all available military, VA, state and local medical resources. CCA Visiting Nurses also ensure that the family members have adequate knowledge and training to help ensure proper in-home medical care is being provided to the rehabilitating service member.
