General Information
Description of ServiceServes the general health needs of AIDS/HIV+ clients. Focuses on the prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS-related disorders. Offers antiretroviral and other drug therapies, mental health services, nutritional information, and medication adherence counseling. Mental health services include psychiatric evaluation and treatment; neurological assessment; short-term individual, family, and/or group therapy; and chemical dependency referrals. Provides information to patients about AIDS/HIV clinical trials at UC San Diego.
