General Information
Description of ServiceEncourages people to deal positively and effectively with the challenges of living with HIV/AIDS. Volunteer peer advocates (who have been affected by HIV/AIDS for 3 or more years) share experiences, provide emotional support, make home/hospital visits, and provide information and referrals to HIV resources. Provides transitional case management services and support groups. Offers library services, educational presentation, and training sessions to HIV/AIDS-affected community.
