Description of ServiceAssists pregnant and parenting African-American women and their families ensure a healthy birth and infancy. Services include: advocacy, assistance accessing resources, case management, education, information and referral, male support, parenting classes, social support, support groups, and transportation assistance. Access to prenatal care. As well as health assessments and referrals to a nurse.
