Services provided include preparation of basic wills, powers of attorney, uncontested marital dissolution, stepparent adoptions, notarization, and other basic legal documents. Legal advice may be dispensed in a variety of areas including contracts, court offenses, domestic relations, adoptions, minor civilian criminal offenses, general tax information (including coordinating the electronic tax filing program), landlord/tenant disputes, consumer law, bankruptcy, fair credit practices, debt collection, California Small Claims Court practice, and mediation. Participates in the Extended Legal Assistance Program and can provide in-court representation in approved cases.
