Adult Literacy Program
Description of Service:
Volunteer tutors help with basic reading and writing skills. An award winning program offering one-on-one and small group tutoring at various locations throughout the city. Also offers computer-assisted instruction. Call to schedule an appointment and get started.

A program of the San Diego Public Library. Program is held at the West side of the building.
For English speaking adults aged 18 and over who are not in school.
Ages 18 years and older. Must have strong basic oral conversation skills in English. Students cannot be enrolled in an educational program earning college credits.
