Description of ServiceOffers residential summer weight loss program for Collegiate & Young Ladies ages 19-29. Helps participants attain their personal and fitness goals through education, encouragement and support. Offers nutrition and behavior modification classes, and an extended 2 year follow-up program, and various sports and physical activities including: yoga, Pilates, racquetball, step and water aerobics, kickboxing, swimming, tennis, surfing, snorkeling, power walking, mountain biking, hiking, and other activities.
