Description of Service:
Provides a cemetery and burial space for any eligible veteran, along with spouses and eligible dependents, who would like to be interred at the cemetery.

Online form at www.calvet.ca.gov/Cemetery/DocsAndImages/DVS-100-8-05.pdf; fill in all appropriate information, print it and return the completed form, with all supporting documentation (do no send originals, send copies).

Eligibility:
Any eligible veteran, along spouses and eligible dependents, who would like to be interred at the cemetery. Determinations shall be made in accordance with federal regulations (38 CFR 38.620) and state regulations (CCR Title 12 Sec. 460-461).

Type of Fees:
No fees for pre-need determination.
Fee Amounts:
$500 internet fee for eligible spouses and dependent children at the time of need.
