Description of Service:
Provides financial help to people who cannot pay their energy bills. Helps customers who do not qualify for any other assistance programs, such as LIHEAP/HEAP, but who cannot pay their SDG&E bill due to temporary financial hardship.

Current SDG&E bill and/or disconnect notice.
Helpful Tips:
If the customer already received assistance with LIHEAP/HEAP and/or Neighbor-to-Neighbor within the past year and the customer is facing disconnection of service, refer the customer to SDG&E's customer service. They will work with the customer on payment arrangements.

No fees, however, a payment for a portion of the utility bill is required.
