General Information
Description of Service:
Offers a variety of social, educational and health service programs to residents of South Bay.. Provides child developmental assessment and long-term case/care management services to eligible families. Case management services include counseling, benefits advocacy, life skills training, and emergency food and housing assistance. Offers health education classes, immunization clinics, and tuberculosis (TB) testing. Also offers after-school tutoring services. Provides information and referral services for adult education opportunities, job preparation classes, job search, job training, and community and family activities. Services vary by location.
